Cruise To Run Booking Information/Procedure

 

Any one wishing to participate in Cruise To Run 2012 must book their cabin directly through this website, with Ancaster-Dundas  Expedia CruiseShipCenters as the exclusive agency. Outside agents, independent online booking and/or Princess direct bookings are not permitted as per the Cruise To Run group contract.  No exceptions please. Register for the run package first and you will be contacted to book your cabin.

  The online registration form will register you for the Run Package for $250 and additional $25 if participating in the hash run for both runner’s and guests.Events online will charge you a 6.5% handling fee. After the run package fee and information have been received by Cruise To Run Inc., you will be contacted by Jody Friesen , of Ancaster- Dundas  Expedia CruiseShipCenters, to complete the booking process.

At this time, an additional per person deposit amount of 20% of your cruise fare will be required by Princess Cruises to hold your stateroom until final payment is due on Oct.20/11

 

 If you have a spouse and family member accompanying you on the cruise, you will be asked to submit their names on the form as well for the cabin. Friends and family living at a separate address must complete a separate form for information purposes. 

 

All names must be entered as they appear on your passport. 

 

 2012 Non runners will be charged an additional fee of $25 for Cruise To Run. An additional $25 will be charged if guests would like to attend the hash run to pay for the bussing service.

 

Flights, transfers and pre and post cruise hotels ( if requested )  are not included in the price of the Cruise but can also be booked at the time of your booking.

Prices for the cabins are as follows  (add $250 for run package $25  for  non runners by and including May 1st.) 

                                                          ( add $275 for run package $25 for non runners by and including Sept 1st)

                                                          ( add $300 for run package $25 for non runners Sept 2nd to closing)

An additional $25 fee for the Hash Run for runner’s or guests.

Refund Penalty $50  No Refunds on Run Package after final payment.  

(  20% deposit per person holds your cabin until final payment October 20th )
