Cruise To Run Booking Information/Procedure

Any one wishing to participate in Cruise To Run 2009 must book their cabin directly through this website, with Ancaster-Dundas  Expedia CruiseShipCenters as the exclusive agency. Outside agents, independent online booking and/or Princess direct bookings are not permitted as per the Cruise To Run group contract.  No exceptions please.

  The online registration form will register you for the Run Package for $300Cdn
per runner and events online will charge you an $11 handling fee. After the run package fee and information have been received by Cruise To Run Inc., you will be contacted by Jody Friesen , of Ancaster- Dundas CruiseShipCenters, to complete the booking process.

At this time, an additional deposit amount of $268 Cdn. per person will be required by Princess Cruises to hold your stateroom until final payment is due on Oct.28/08

If you have a spouse, family members or friends accompanying you on the cruise, you will be asked to submit their names on the form as well for the cabin.

All names must be entered as they appear on your passport.

2009 Non runners will not be charged an additional fee for Cruise To Run.

Flights, transfers and pre and post cruise hotels ( if requested ) are not included in the price of the Cruise but can also be booked at the time of your booking.

Prices for the cabins are as follows (add $300 for run package non runners no additional fee)
