Cruise to Run Alaska

Cruise to Run Alaska is designed for everyone to enjoy from the recreational to the serious runner. It is also great for running partners, clubs and families.

 

The run on each port has been organized and approved by the local authorities. Each of the routes is supervised and well marked. Whether you are very fast or very slow there is no need to worry.

 

Distances of each run vary and if you want to go further or shorter than the scheduled run that is not a problem. Remember each run is optional.

 

If you are not a runner but are accompanying one, there will still be plenty of time to enjoy Alaska  as well as  the beautiful Princess cruise ship.

 

Ketchikan - Totem Pole Run  In the a.m. after we port a 10k  race to Saxman village.

 

Juneau- Salmon Run – In the p.m. immediately after we port. Run on thane road to a bridge with Salmon , Bald Eagles and more.

 

Skagway - Graveyard Run  -  8 a.m. We will run to Soapy Smith’s grave and then on Dyea Road. Run can be 4 or 6 miles

 

Victoria – run to the Terry Fox monument in the evening after we port. 10k -can be shortened as well.

 

Days at Sea- Run on treadmills or use the gym at your own leisure.

 

On Board Activities – Guest speakers, trivia games, t shirt exchange, cocktail parties and much more.
